I shoot RAW+JPEG, but I do my best to do minimal editing in Lightroom. I generally have my DSLR set up for daylight white balance. I use exposure compensation, but I often forget to change it back from -2/3; with my film SLRs, it's an easy look at the top of the camera.

Classic: It's nice, but it's not Air Force One.
